Shamanic (& Reiki) Energy Healing Sessions (Remote/Distance)
What is a Shaman? The Shaman is often referred to as the wounded healer. A Shaman sets out to heal their own traumas and woundings in order to be a clear channel for others on their healing journeys. The path of a Shaman is to be of service to their clients and community. This path is also focused on being deeply connected with nature as well as the well-being of those they serve. Once healed, the Shamans own woundings become a source of medicine, strength and empathy enabling the Shaman to deeply connect with the clients they serve. A Shaman is a spiritual practitioner known as the healer/guide and mediator between both the physical and spiritual worlds.
What is Reiki?
Reiki (a Japanese technique) is a form of energy healing that may help with stress reduction, relaxation and general well-being. Reiki can help get your energy aligned both physically and emotionally so that your body can begin to heal. Think of it as a way to increase loving communication with your body. When broken down, the word Reiki (Rei-Ki) means: Universal Life Force Energy.
Reiki can be administered by hands on or hands off and the hands are used as a conduit to channel energy ("life force energy") to anywhere needed on the recipient’s body. When someone's "life force energy" is low, they can be more likely to feel run down, exhausted or stressed, and if it is high, they tend to have more energy and feel balanced, happy and healthy.
A Reiki session/s can support the well-being of the recipient in body, mind and spirit helping them to feel more relaxed and at peace. Reiki is a natural and safe healing modality. Usui Reiki was developed in the 1920’s by Mikao Usui . Reiki does not “cure” illness but has been used to manage a wide variety of health concerns and support general well-being.

Pre-Session Offering:
I can also offer an hour + of pre-session work for each client. This hour + includes a photo assessment (assessed from a shamanic viewpoint), a 3-card oracle/tarot or angel card spread, a crystal grid created for your specific intentions, and your basic personal numerology key points. There is also an option for a more comprehensive numerology assessment. You can view a sample of the comprehensive numerology report, here. Various pricing options are above. Please note: The comprehensive numerology report is quite in depth; I will only be touching upon the major points in the report. How long is a session? Initial sessions are typically 2/1+ hours (2 hours of session work and 1+ hours of pre-session work) with pre-session work and about 2 hours without pre-session work. Each session is personalized for each client. Pre-session work is done prior to chatting with each client.
Do I have to be in person? No. Shamanic energy healing sessions can be done remotely and are just as effective as in person sessions.

3. Please schedule your session at your preferred date and time at the purple button above. If none of the times listed work for you, please reach out to me and I will be happy to find a date and time that can work for you.

5. I will confirm your session appointment a few days prior to your scheduled time. The day of your session, I will contact you about 20-30 minutes prior to your session time to chat about any pre-session work and to review your intentions for the session and crystal grid. The day of your session please ensure that you are in a quiet, comfortable, & safe space without interruption so that you are able to truly relax and get the most out of your session.
