Classes (Usui Reiki Ryoho)

Now Offering Reiki Level I and Level II. Reiki Level III is expected to be available in the late spring.

This training is perfect for introverts. Have the freedom to feel comfortable in your own space where you can ask any questions and receive personalized attention. My reason for offering one on one classes is so that I can spend the necessary time with each student. In class I will be discussing information covering Reiki, health and wellness, and intuitive healing. I will walk you through step by step. When I first learned Reiki there were many people in the class and I felt like a fish out of water. When I walked away I had so many questions. Though that pushed me to take classes with several other teachers which allowed me to gain more pearls of wisdom that I can now share with you.

Different applications for crystal use
How to shield/protect your energy

I will walk you through the process in each level. Also included is a 3-month mentorship after the class should you have any questions going forward or if there is something that needs clarifying. My goal is that you walk away from class feeling confident in your knowledge and eager to live the Reiki lifestyle.

Why should you consider taking your Reiki training with me? That is a great question! My answer is simple, because I care. I am passionate about Reiki. It has helped me immensely in all areas of my life. I love sharing the gift of Reiki, and I am excited to see how Reiki adds to your life and well-being. We are a culture that always seems to be stressed to the max, and many are in constant fight or flight. Reiki is an energy healing modality that can support stress relief and relaxation. And what's even more amazing is you can access it anywhere, anytime!
