Pendulums are simple tools that can help build awareness, clarity, and trust in your own inner guidance. In this introductory class, you’ll learn the basics of how pendulums are commonly used, how to choose one that feels right for you, and how to work with it in a calm and grounded way.
We’ll cover practical topics such as how to ask clear questions, understand yes and no responses, and notice what may influence pendulum movement. We’ll also talk about energetic awareness and healthy boundaries, so you feel comfortable and steady as you learn.
Pendulum 101 is designed to feel supportive and easy to follow, whether you are completely new to pendulum work or simply want a clearer understanding of the basics. The focus is on learning, awareness, and using the pendulum as a gentle tool for reflection and insight.
This class offers a relaxed, thoughtful introduction that encourages curiosity, confidence, and a deeper sense of trust in yourself.

Note:
This class includes a short pre-pendulum meditation designed to help you slow down, calm the nervous system, settle your thoughts, and come into a more grounded, neutral, and centered place before working with the pendulum. Taking a few minutes to pause in this way can make it easier to approach questions with a clearer mind and fewer distractions.
A closing meditation is also included to help you gently reset after pendulum work and return to your day feeling balanced and present. After completing the class, you can begin using these meditations as part of your regular pendulum practice.
Mentoring Options:
Optional one-on-one mentoring is available after completing the class. These sessions are for reviewing the material and addressing anything that feels unclear as you begin using a pendulum on your own.
Mentoring is intended to help you apply what you’ve learned with more clarity and confidence.
