Healthy Cooking Classes


Learn how to create delicious and nutritious meals while choosing healthy and wholesome ingredients! Recipes are free of gluten, dairy and refined sweeteners! During this cooking class:

  • We will explore many types of dishes from entrees to side dishes to soups to smoothies and fresh juice, depending on the class theme!
  • I will touch upon the health benefits of the foods presented.
  • I will touch upon simple meal ideas for the busy working family.
  • We will touch upon some of your cooking questions.
  • You will be provided with a list of menu ingredients so that you can cook and prepare food live as I cook and be able to sample the food that you make during the class.
