Crystals & Energy Workshop
Join me on 4/6 at 7:30 pm for a little relaxation, a little learning and some fun!
What will be covered:
- Learn how to clear your energy, disconnect and shake off energy that is not yours - especially helpful for empaths
- We will discuss ways to ground and protect your energy
- If time allows we will go through a mini-meditation while I offer Reiki to the class
- Learn how to create a crystal grid to attract health, wellness and prosperity
- I will pull one Oracle Card/Wisdom Card or Self Care card of your choice for everyone in class
- We will touch upon which crystals support health and wellness, anxiety/stress, prosperity and protection
- You will receive a comprehensive resource list on topics discussed in class as well as where to get the items discussed

Also, please mention at checkout your favorite crystal category (health and wellness, prosperity, stress/anxiety or protection) and what are your favorite scents, ie: lavender, lemon, mint, eucalyptus, rose, rosemary, citrus, etc. (please name all your likes or if it is easier, mention which scents you really dislike). Note: Class Materials --- It is not necessary for you to purchase the materials for the class ahead of time. Participants can watch and then purchase materials at a later date. I will be supplying a comprehensive resource list on where to get the materials as well as an instructional video on how to set up and connect the grid so that you can always refer back to it.
