Our time in the kitchen together (via Zoom) can be designed to meet your specific needs. For example, if you want to do more of a show and tell, about specific products or brands, to easily and effortlessly transition to a delicious gluten free and/or dairy free diet, we can do that. If you want to learn how to create delicious and nutritious food fare while choosing healthy and wholesome ingredients, we can do that! Recipes used in demonstrations will be free of gluten, dairy and refined sweeteners!
Here are a few other possibilities to explore, if time permits:
1. We can explore different types of dishes from entrees to side dishes to soups to smoothies and fresh juice, etc. (This may require more time than one hour)
2. I can touch upon the health benefits of the foods presented/discussed.
3. I can touch upon simple meal ideas for the busy working family.
4. I can touch upon some of your cooking questions.
Although we can't cover all of the above in a one-hour session, we can certainly cover a good amount of information to help you feel more confident in your food choices.
